With the economy as uncertain as it is, it is important to pass along good cheer. 

Happy people tend to be at the center of social networking and also lay claim to having many friends that are also happy.  It is the choices that we make and how we respond that can set us up for a negative or hopeful outcome.

Lake Lure is a happy place with lots of nice people.  It is also a great time to seriously think about buying a home here or even a vacant piece of property to build on later.  There is some really nice real estate available.
